Google sign-in verifies your identity. We use your verified email address to check your Rosedale membership or organizer access, and your name to identify your signed-in account. We request only your basic Google profile and email.

A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. Your membership is checked again when you access or submit the poll.

Your ballot is stored in the poll’s private database with its submission time, question version, and a hash of your normalized email address to enforce one ballot per person. A hash is a pseudonymous identifier; ballots are not represented as anonymous.

Responses, including written feedback, are available to the poll’s organizers and site administrators. They are used to run the Rosedale Awards and review club feedback. They are not displayed publicly.

Responses remain in the poll’s database. For access, deletion requests, or questions, contact zac@atxwritingclub.com.
